Domestic (within USA) Shipping Costs for
In Stock Items
All domestic shipping
& handling costs are based on destination/total weight of order,
and the necessary packing material costs. The shipping fees quoted by
the Amazingtoyz.com store are estimates based on
single-packed items. Domestic shipping charges may sometimes be
higher than quoted by the store, more
so in the case of pre-orders, where weights entered are
"educated guesses" as the items have not yet arrived to be
weighed in.
-You will be notified via email or phone in advance of processing your order if domestic charges are higher.

International (outside
USA) Shipping Costs for In Stock Items
All international shipping
& handling costs are based on destination/total weight of order,
and the necessary packing material costs. The shipping fees quoted by
the Amazingtoyz.com store are estimates based on
single-packed items. International shipping charges may
sometimes be higher than quoted by the store, more
so in the case of pre-orders, where weights entered are
"educated guesses" as the items have not yet arrived to be
weighed in.
-International credit card purchases
made directly via the store are subject to an additional 3%
handling fee based on the order total, which will be added to
your order amount when it is processed.
-International PayPal credit card payments are subject to
an additional 5% fee based on the order total,
which will be added to your order amount when it is processed.
-There are no additional fees if paying directly with funds from
a PayPal account (not associated with a credit or bank
card) or Paypal-connected bank
account. If
you want exact international shipping
charges on in stock items, feel free to
email us before placing
your order.
-There is an additional $5 handling & packaging disposal fee for
all international customers who want their figures shipped
loose.

Pre-Order Item Shipping Costs
Since shipping is based on weight
and we don't know exact weights on pre-orders until they arrive, all
shipping charges calculated by the store regarding
pre-orders are estimates based on past experience. Charges may be more
based on accuracy of estimate. If charges are more, you will be
notified via email or phone before your order is processed.

Who ships your
order?
1) DOMESTIC (within the US): Whether you want your order
quick, or are in no
particular hurry, Amazingtoyz.com offers
several options for shipping via UPS or USPS. When you
check out, you will be given multiple shipping
options. Please choose the one that works best for you.
-IMPORTANT NOTE: 1)
Amazingtoyz.com is not responsible for loss or theft of
un-insured orders shipped by the United States Postal Service.
ALL UN-INSURED ORDERS SHIP AT BUYERS RISK. 2) United
States Postal Service domestic shipments are strongly encouraged
for collector's concerned about figure package condition, as UPS
tends to be slightly rougher with their deliveries.
a)
United States Postal Service shipments:
i) PRIORITY MAIL: includes a tracking
number, but DOES NOT include insurance. If you'd like to insure
your shipment,
please email us directly after placing your order. Priority Mail
usually takes about 2 days for delivery, but is not guaranteed.
Usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery.
ii) EXPRESS MAIL: includes tracking and
insurance up to $100. If the worth of your order is more than
$100, and you would like to insure the entire amount, please
email the request directly after placing your order.
Express Mail is usually delivered overnight, but please note
that orders paid for by credit card or debit card will not ship
until the transaction closes (usually around 11:00 PM PST). So,
for example, an order processed on Thursday will not ship until
Friday.
b) UPS shipments:
i) UPS GROUND: includes a tracking number
and insurance up to $100. If the worth of your order is more
than $100, and you would like to insure the entire amount,
please email the request directly after placing your order.
Usually takes 1-5 business days for delivery.
2) INTERNATIONAL: The Amazingtoyz.com store only
calculates fees for International orders shipped via
USPS. There are several options available during check
out. However, if you prefer to have your order
shipped by a different carrier, please email us before
placing your order, so arrangements can be made.
i) GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL: includes a
tracking number. If you'd like to insure your shipment,
please email
us directly after placing your order. Usually takes 4-6
business days for delivery.
ii) AIRMAIL PARCEL POST: DOES NOT include
tracking or insurance, but these options can be purchased (in
some cases) at buyer's request. Usually takes 6-10 business
days for delivery, but may take quite a bit longer. UN-INSURED AIRMAIL ORDERS SHIP
AT BUYER'S RISK!!
iii) GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL: includes tracking
and insurance up to $100. If the worth of your order is more
than $100, and you would like to insure the entire amount,
please email the request directly after placing your order.
Usually takes 3-5 business days to ship.

When does your
order ship?
Items that are in stock usually ship within 24 hours after
your order has been processed. If your item is a
pre-order, it will
usually ship within 48 hours of receipt of product and order
process. However, in situations where large quantities of stock
come in at once, it may take longer for your order to process.
We are after all, only human.

I live close to you. Can I come pick up my
order, or come check out what you have in
stock?
Of course! Simply place your order and give us a
call to let us know
you're coming by. Or just call us if you
want to check stuff out.

What if I want to return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, with
advance notice of your intent to return your item(s), you
may
do so within 7 days of receipt. Items will be returned at buyer's expense, and the item must be
returned packed in the same manner it was originally shipped, using a carrier that provides a tracking
number to prove that it was sent within the 7 day grace
period. Once the item has been returned, a refund
for the cost of the item(s), less a 15% re-stocking fee, will be issued by company check within 7 days. If the item is returned in poor
condition due to negligent
"return" packaging on the part of the customer, Amazingtoyz.com reserves the right to
decline a refund. We do not accept returns on items that
have
been removed from their packages.

Orders returned without
prior notification, refused without our authorization, or
returned due to undeliverability:
We refuse the right to refund the the cost of an order if:
1) we are not notified in advance of the return, 2) the order is
refused by buyer, or 3) the order is undeliverable.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS: If you provide us with an
undeliverable address, whether due to a change in address, or
whether the carrier deems leaving the order to be unsafe (which
can happen in the case of USPS deliveries, especially to
apartment buildings), we are not responsible. In the case that
the carrier deems delivery unsafe, you will be issued first and
second notices to pick the items up from your local Post Office.
We are not responsible for a buyer's failure to do so. If the
order is undeliverable, the buyer must pay return shipping costs
in order to receive the item, and we suggest submitting an
address that the buyer is absolutely sure can receive shipments.
However, if an order is returned to us without any notification
on the part of the carrier to the buyer, which we can track and
document, we will either refund the entire order amount, or pay
to have the order reshipped.

What if my order
is damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping?
Although we guarantee that your order will be packed and shipped in
excellent condition, we are not
responsible for loss or theft of your order once in the possession of a shipping company.
However, if your
order is damaged during shipping, and the package
for the damaged item(s) has not been opened, you
may return the item(s) within 7 days with advance notification,
and we will either send you a replacement if possible, or refund
the cost of the item plus shipping costs. All orders
shipped UPS come
automatically insured up to $100. If you order more than
$100 worth of product, you
have the option, at a small cost to you,
to increase your insurance coverage. All damage claims will be
handled in conjunction with UPS. USPS insurance options are
available as well. Please email us before
placing your order if you're interested in insuring a USPS
shipment. All USPS damage claims will be
handled in conjunction with
USPS. |
